being sold and develop opportunities to acquire
companies, capital and management needed to start-up
or grow your business.
We will help you prospect for
opportunities to acquire companies, qualify them
against your selection criteria, and conduct
directed due-diligence on your behalf. Our goal is
to help you develop and maximize opportunities to
grow your business by acquiring selected assets or
equity positions in companies strategic to your
business.
We work through an acquisition services agreement
which authorizes to work on your behalf as a finder
and negotiate finder fee splits with participating
brokers and third parties.
Premier's services and fees are
provided on a contingency-fee basis and most often
structured as a success fee relating to a percentage
of the sale/purchase or transaction price. In many
cases, an up-front or monthly retainer fee is
negotiated and provides for related expenses and
additional professional services necessary to
support a desired transactional outcome.
