Premier Strategies works as a business broker and finder, helping you develop the opportunities and relationships necessary to creating a win-win business transaction.
 

We find buyers for businesses being sold and develop opportunities to acquire companies, capital and management needed to start-up or grow your business.

Premier's services and fees are provided on a contingency-fee basis and most often structured as a success fee relating to a percentage of the sale/purchase or transaction price.  In many cases, an up-front and monthly retainer fee is negotiated and provides for related expenses and additional professional services necessary to support a desired transactional outcome.

We work through an acquisition services agreement which authorizes to work on your behalf as a finder and negotiate finder fee splits with participating brokers and third parties.

We help and provide advice and counsel regarding your involvement in merger and acquisition transactions from a business owners perspective.  We provide pre-acquisition due diligence services, assist with post-merger integration activities. We can also introduce you to several of our transactional support partners who provide a variety of M&A support services such as insurance, finance, accounting, valuation, banking and legal transaction services.   We work through a traditional professional services consulting agreement in supporting your M&A activities and projects.

We work through a finder's fee agreement that authorizes us to develop and present you with relationship opportunities that could mature into capital resources for your business.  We can also help you get more involved with our legal partners to support your Regulation D activities in developing private placement transactions, ESOPs, and approaching larger institutional and public capital markets.
