software developer, and then combining that with his passion,
experience and education in sales & marketing, Paul brings a

His entrepreneurial experiences over 15
years, all in high-tech, high-growth companies have given him
his fourth skill - a deep insight to starting, growing and
building a business. His final focal point and passion
is for people. Forming teams, developing the potential
of people, and helping clients, vendors, and partners succeed

LLC in the summer of 2002, with the mission to help business
owners, buy, sell and grow their businesses.
By working as a business broker, Premier
helps owners buy and sell privately held businesses with
valuations of $2-$20 million. Mr. Helmick serves as a
management consultant to owners and helps them develop
high-growth strategies to increase revenues, profitability and
