New Downtown Offices for Premier Strategies, LLC

     Charleston, WV - January 15, 2005

   Starting the new year with an exciting announcement, Premier Strategies is locating their offices in downtown Charleston.  Now headquartered at 300 Capitol Street in the historic Kanawha Valley Building (photo), Premier is conveniently located on the 10th floor of the building in Suite 1018.  Ed Maier is the owner of the building and property is  managed by Pat and Donna McGivern of Real Estate Resources. 

     Paul Helmick, Premier's CEO, says that "It's great to return to downtown and be that much closer to our clients and business partners.  Capitol street is the heartbeat of Charleston's business culture and community."  Premier Strategies is located on the same floor as Preservati Law Offices, a law practice founded by Nicholas Preservati focusing on corporate defense, energy and insurance, the Goodwin Group a public relations and media planning firm led by Amy Shuler Goodwin , and Action Legal Services, a full-service copy/records service bureau. 

     "Capitol street holds a very special place in my heart," says Helmick.  It was in the 3rd floor of this building that Mr. Helmick and his partners launched one of his most notable business ventures, CityNet Corporation, creating WV's largest commercial Internet Service Provider in 1994.  Mr. Helmick says the best part is, "...being so close to so many great coffee houses, Taylor Books, Capitol Roasters, Starbucks - it's the best productivity tool I've ever discovered."
