We find buyers for businesses
being sold and develop opportunities to acquire
companies, capital and management needed to start-up
or grow your business.
We will help
you package and promote your business for sale. As
an owner exiting a business, care must be taken to
properly position your entity both strategically and
financially in order to deliver maximum value to the
buyer - and maximum value to yourself. We can bring
to you a great team of business partners to help
assist with all facets of a transaction: insurance,
finance, accounting, valuation, banking and legal
services. We can promote the sale of your business
either publicly through our membership in IBBA or
privately through our regional network of
relationships.
We work
through a business brokerage finder's fee listing
agreement which authorizes us to work on your behalf
as a finder and negotiate finder fee splits with
participating brokers and third parties.
Premier's services and fees are
provided on a contingency-fee basis and most often
structured as a success fee relating to a percentage
of the sale/purchase or transaction price. In many
cases, an up-front or monthly retainer fee is
negotiated and provides for related expenses and
additional professional services necessary to
support a desired transactional outcome.
